I am an Integral healing Psychotherapist (incorporating bioenergetics, dream work, energy healing and relational therapy) currently based in Toronto, Ontario, and Chelsea, Quebec, and have been in practice for 30 years. 

After training in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy, I went on to do a second training in body oriented therapies. I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I offer my sound grounding in working with the body and my love of Jungian dream symbolism, and my faith in a creative, healing force.

I currently practice at the Beaches Naturopathic Clinic in Toronto, Ontario, and in Chelsea, Quebec, offering individual, group and couples work. I can be reached at 647-987-1355, or you can email me.

  • worked extensively for the Toronto Board of Education and CAMH (mental health services) as well as northern Ontario social services
  • as a mother, wife and grandmother Sharon knows deeply the painful, joyful dynamics of family relationship

Sharon has been honoured to be part of the psychotherapy, healing journey of men and women specifically engaging with family relationship struggles, body image, eating disorders, grief and loss, life's crisis, career challenges, addictions, spiritual quests, couples relationships, depression, mid life changes, trauma histories, and health concerns.
